Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the Sales & Marketing team, drive business growth, achieve revenue targets, manage P&L, and expand our client base across Facility Management, One-Time Cleaning, and Placement Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the Sales & Marketing team to achieve business targets.
Drive revenue growth and manage the P&L for the business.
Generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Develop business across Facility Management and Placement Services.
Build strong client relationships and negotiate business contracts.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Attend client meetings, networking events, and travel as required to develop business.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
