Job Role/Description:
- We're seeking an experienced Trainer to teach our General Duty Assistant (GDA) course, with the ability to handle English language training. The ideal candidate will have a nursing background and experience in training or teaching.
- The GDA Nursing Trainer will be responsible for ensuring educational activities essential for GDA’s (General Duty Assistant) also called as “Nursing Care Assistants”, “Nursing Assistants”, “Nursing Aides”, “Bedside Assistants”, or “Orderlies” when working in a hospital and Home environment.
- Should be able to teach GDA courses as well as Communicative English and instruct students using a variety of instruction modalities.
- Responsible to review course curriculum for GDA program and update accordingly.
Educational Qualification:
- ANM/GNM/BSc Nursing qualification
- 3+ years of experience in training/teaching
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year site experience for B.Sc. (Nursing) Or
- Minimum 3 years site experience for GNM

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
