Job Description:
We are hiring OT Nurses / OT Technicians with 3 to 5 years of experience in the Operation Theatre. The ideal candidate will be skilled in assisting surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment, and providing optimal patient care in the OT setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and OT equipment.
- Ensure infection control standards and OT protocols are maintained.
- Support the surgical team during operations.
- Monitor and document patient condition and equipment usage.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience working in the Operation Theatre.
- Valid registration and relevant certification is mandatory.
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing / OT Technology preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and OT equipment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
