We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager with strong expertise in jewelry production, particularly Rajkot mala, earrings, and related products.
The candidate should have managed a workforce of 100+ karigars and have at least 5 years of continuous experience with the same company.
Must possess strong technical knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes, production planning, quality control, workforce management, and timely order execution.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
