They also interact directly with customers, answer queries, negotiate prices, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, they stay updated on automobile specifications and trends, work closely with manufacturers or distributors to stock the dealership with in-demand vehicles, and conduct promotional efforts and advertising to attract more customers. They regularly review sales data and reports to identify areas of improvement or to adjust sales strategies as needed
