Job Summary
Sky Direct Travel is looking for an experienced Corporate Travel & Visa Consultant to handle international visa applications and corporate travel requirements for business travellers and corporate clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle international visa applications and documentation.
- Advise clients on visa requirements, eligibility and application procedures.
- Check and prepare visa documents and application forms.
- Coordinate visa appointments and application submissions.
- Track visa applications and provide regular client updates.
- Assist clients travelling for exhibitions, conferences and business meetings.
- Coordinate with embassies, visa application centres, airlines and travel partners.
- Maintain accurate records of visa cases and travel bookings.
- Stay updated on international visa and travel regulations.
- Provide professional service and follow-up to corporate clients.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in visa consultancy, corporate travel or international travel.
- Good knowledge of international visa processes and documentation.
- Experience with corporate/business travel preferred.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple visa and travel cases independently.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with strong experience in international visa processing will be preferred.
