Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and innovative AI Expert to lead the digital transformation of our jewellery retail business by designing, implementing, and managing AI-powered automation solutions across CRM, Sales, Accounting, Production, Inventory, Customer Service, and Business Operations.
The ideal candidate will leverage Artificial Intelligence, workflow automation, and business intelligence tools to eliminate manual processes, improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and provide real-time business insights. Experience in jewellery retail ERP/CRM systems will be an added advantage.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI Strategy & Digital Transformation
- Develop and execute the company's AI and automation roadmap.
- Identify repetitive and manual business processes that can be automated using AI.
- Recommend suitable AI platforms, automation tools, and technology solutions.
- Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency and support business growth through AI.
CRM Automation
- Design and implement AI-powered CRM workflows.
- Automate customer onboarding, lead management, follow-ups, reminders, and customer engagement.
- Create intelligent customer segmentation based on buying behaviour and preferences.
- Implement automated WhatsApp, SMS, email, and loyalty campaign workflows.
- Build AI chatbots and virtual assistants for customer inquiries and appointment scheduling.
Sales Automation
- Automate lead allocation and follow-up reminders for sales executives.
- Develop AI-based sales dashboards with daily performance tracking.
- Create automated quotation, order confirmation, and payment reminder systems.
- Build AI-generated sales reports and revenue forecasting models.
- Develop customer retention and repeat purchase automation.
Accounting Automation
- Integrate AI with accounting software for automated bookkeeping support.
- Automate invoice generation, payment reminders, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Develop AI dashboards for cash flow, receivables, profitability, and expense analysis.
- Improve financial accuracy through automated validation and exception reporting.
Production & Manufacturing Automation
- Automate production planning and job tracking.
- Create workflows for jewellery manufacturing stages, including CAD, casting, polishing, stone setting, quality control, and finishing.
- Develop production dashboards showing work-in-progress, delays, bottlenecks, and efficiency.
- Automate production scheduling and resource allocation.
Inventory & Procurement Automation
- Develop AI-based stock monitoring and replenishment systems.
- Automate purchase requisitions based on stock levels.
- Build demand forecasting models using historical sales data.
- Generate inventory ageing and slow-moving stock reports.
Workflow & Process Automation
- Build end-to-end automated workflows connecting CRM, ERP, Accounting, HR, Inventory, and Production.
- Integrate business applications using APIs and workflow automation platforms.
- Reduce manual data entry through intelligent process automation.
- Ensure smooth data synchronization across departments.
Reporting & Business Intelligence
- Develop executive dashboards with real-time KPIs.
- Build AI-powered analytics for sales, customer behaviour, inventory, production, and finance.
- Create predictive models for demand forecasting and business planning.
- Present actionable insights to management through interactive reports.
AI Tools & Technology
- Evaluate, implement, and manage AI tools such as:
- ChatGPT and AI assistants
- Microsoft Copilot or Google Gemini
- Workflow automation platforms
- CRM and ERP integrations
- OCR and intelligent document processing
- Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, etc.)
- No-code/low-code automation platforms
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance throughout all AI implementations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in AI implementation, workflow automation, CRM, ERP integration, or digital transformation.
- Experience in retail, jewellery, manufacturing, or e-commerce industries is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms.
- Knowledge of CRM and ERP implementation.
- API integration and system connectivity.
- SQL and database management.
- Python or JavaScript for automation (preferred).
- Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar).
- Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud-based business applications.
- Prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflow design.
- OCR and document automation technologies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
