We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Typist / Documentation Assistant for legal documentation and drafting work.
Responsibilities
- Typing and formatting legal documents, affidavit, agreements, notices, applications, and drafts in English.
- Preparing, editing, and maintaining documentation with accuracy and proper formatting.
- Handling document corrections, revisions, and data entry work.
- Managing files and office documentation efficiently.
- Supporting day-to-day drafting and administrative work.
Requirements
- Excellent English typing speed and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of legal documentation and drafting work.
- Strong command of MS Word (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of other MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and proper formatting skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Hindi typing will be an added advantage.
- Experience in legal office/documentation work preferred.
Qualification
- 12th in mandatory .
- Freshers with strong typing and MS Office skills may also apply.
Pay: Up to ₹14,000.00 per month
