Job Description: Housekeeping hospitality
- Taking reports of day to day from field officers at Morning and Evening & ensure proper operations on time.
- Manpower deployment for new & existing sites.
- Need to arrange daily wages & relievers.
- Meeting up with clients and understand their expectations and complaints if any (Once in week).
- Weekly review meeting with operations team for making strategies for resolving issues.
- Taking Responsibility to overall operations.
- Coordinate with other departments for any labour related issues.
- Control on site wise material over consumption.
- Take overall responsibility for systems and standards.
- Studying all reports and coming up with solutions.
- Site surveys and giving inputs to marketing team for new clients.
- Focus on collection of payment should be on time.
- Give reports to CEO for day to day operations on time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Housekeeping management: 5 years (Preferred)
- Facilities management: 5 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
