Key Responsibilities:-
· Plan, execute, and oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
· Handle site supervision, contractor coordination, and project scheduling to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
· Independently manage civil works, ensuring adherence to design, specifications, and safety norms.
· Prepare and review BOQs, drawings, estimates, and material requirements.
· Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors for seamless project execution.
· Ensure all government approvals, NOCs, and compliance procedures (like building permissions, fire, environment, and labor laws) are obtained as per statutory norms.
· Maintain proper documentation for approvals, inspection reports, and compliance records.
· Oversee budget control, cost monitoring, and resource utilization for assigned projects.
· Conduct quality checks and safety audits at project sites.
· Prepare and present progress reports to management.
Skills:-
· Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
· Proven 5-6 yr experience in independently managing commercial projects (offices, industrial buildings etc.).
· Strong knowledge of local authority approval processes and statutory compliance.
· Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project / Excel, and other project management tools.
· Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and timelines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
