We are expanding our presence in Madurai and are looking for an energetic Outreach Coordinator to build strong professional relationships within the community.
Job Summary
The Outreach Coordinator will represent Enfance across Madurai by developing partnerships with schools, paediatricians, hospitals, child specialists, NGOs, and community organisations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, community engagement, healthcare marketing, and educational outreach.
Key ResponsibilitiesHealthcare Outreach
- Visit paediatricians, developmental paediatricians, neurologists, psychiatrists, ENT specialists and hospitals.
- Build professional referral relationships.
- Present Enfance's therapy and assessment services.
- Coordinate awareness programmes with healthcare providers.
School Outreach
- Visit schools, preschools, CBSE, ICSE and matriculation schools.
- Meet principals, special educators and counsellors.
- Introduce developmental screening programmes.
- Coordinate teacher training workshops.
- Organise parent awareness sessions.
Community Engagement
- Conduct developmental awareness campaigns.
- Organise screening camps.
- Participate in health exhibitions and educational events.
- Build partnerships with NGOs and parent support groups.
Marketing Support
- Distribute brochures and educational materials.
- Collect referral data and maintain records.
- Submit weekly outreach reports.
- Maintain CRM and follow-up with contacts.
- Support local promotional activities.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare, Psychology, Social Work, Education, Marketing or Business preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- Passion for working with children and families.
- Comfortable with field visits across Madurai.
