Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Manage:
- Audience targeting
- Budget allocation
- Bidding strategies
- Creative testing
- Campaign performance optimization
Drive and improve:
- Leads & conversions
- CPA, CPL, ROAS, and ROI
Analyze performance metrics including:
- CTR
- CPC
- CPL
- CPA
- Conversion Rate
- ROAS
Implement and manage tracking using:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion tracking tools
Conduct A/B testing on:
- Ad creatives
- Ad copy
- Audiences
- Landing pages
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to deliver successful marketing campaigns.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media
Strong expertise in:
Good understanding of:
- Marketing funnels
- Attribution models
- Conversion tracking
Proficiency with:
- Google Analytics
- GTM
- Meta Business Manager
- Reporting & dashboard tools
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns is preferred
