We are seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Modeller / Draftsman to create accurate building models and drawings for our real estate development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop architectural BIM models using Revit/AutoCAD
● Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings
● Coordinate with structural, interior, and MEP teams
● Ensure design compliance with approved drawings and local regulations
● Support project execution with updated drawings.
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Civil/Architecture, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, 3+ years experience.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
