Solar Technician – Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Solar Technician (fresh graduates or experienced candidates) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar power systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panel systems on residential and commercial sites
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in solar systems
- Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and regulations
- Assist in system testing and commissioning
- Maintain proper documentation of work performed
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
- Freshers with strong interest in solar technology are welcome
- Prior experience in solar installation is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments
- Good problem-solving and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of solar PV systems
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in installation
- Understanding of safety procedures
