We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who will be the operational anchor of our client experience. This is not a passive, file-management role — it is a client-facing, relationship-supporting function that directly shapes how clients feel about Seleqt.
You will work closely with the Wealth Advisory team to ensure that every client interaction, document, and transaction is handled with accuracy, speed, and care.
Description :-
– Handle client onboarding -collect documentation, complete KYC, coordinate with AMCs and platforms to activate accounts.
– Process transactions -purchases, redemptions, SIPs, switches, and non-commercial service requests like nominee updates and mandate registrations.
– Maintain a structured follow-up calendar -no pending task or client query goes unresolved.
– Serve as the first point of contact for operational queries -account statements, transaction status, document requirements.
– Coordinate with Wealth Advisors on review scheduling and client communication.
– Manage Seleqt's client gifting and milestone programme -birthdays, anniversaries, and key life events.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records across all systems.
(Additionally, the candidate can expect a 5-8% of Increment, Fixed Performance Based Pay and Bonus
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
