We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer who can manage both design development and production execution. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and end-to-end production, along with proficiency in digital design tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create original fashion designs and collection concepts aligned with brand vision
- Develop sketches, technical drawings, and detailed tech packs
- Produce digital fashion illustrations using software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools)
- Select and recommend fabrics, trims, and materials
- Oversee garment development from sampling to final production
- Coordinate with tailors, vendors, and production teams
- Ensure quality control at every stage of production
- Track timelines and ensure smooth execution of all projects
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, textiles, and garment construction
- Experience in both fashion design and production supervision
- Proficiency in digital fashion drawing/illustration
- Good understanding of fitting, stitching, and finishing
- Ability to create tech packs and production-ready designs
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred:
- Experience working with fashion labels, studios, or export houses
- Ability to handle multiple collections or projects simultaneously
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
