HR Recruiter – Full-Time | Agra Road, Jaipur
We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Jaipur. If you have experience in recruitment and enjoy working in a target-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Location: Agra Road, Jaipur
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Eligibility:
- Minimum Graduation
- At least 6 months of experience in Recruitment/HR
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals and social media
- Screen and shortlist candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring records
- Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets
- Coordinate with the hiring team to ensure timely closures
Trial Period:
- 7-day trial period
- During the trial, candidates are expected to successfully recruit 12–15 candidates
