Role Purpose
Manage customer credit, ensure timely collections, maintain accurate receivables, minimize overdue payments, and support healthy cash flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and recommend customer credit limits and payment terms.
- Maintain approved credit customer records and monitor credit utilization.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and timely submission to customers.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain collection records.
- Send account statements, payment reminders, and escalation notices.
- Monitor ageing reports and escalate overdue accounts.
- Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, Reservations, Banquets, and Finance for smooth billing and collections.
- Track TDS certificates, advances, credit notes, and disputed invoices.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and financial controls.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly receivable and collection reports.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, receivables, and customer reconciliations.
- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and hotel PMS (IDS Next preferred).
