Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Handle documentation, filing, and record management.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments for operational support.
- Manage emails, invoices, purchase orders, and office correspondence.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and updating company systems.
- Maintain the confidentiality of company data and information.
- Support HR, accounts, sales, or operations departments when required.
- Monitor office supplies and administrative requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned backend tasks.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Arts, or related field.
- Min 6 Months experienced candidates can apply.
Experience
- 6 Months–3 years of experience in back office or administrative work preferred.
