Role Overview:
The Branch Head is responsible for managing the overall operations, sales performance, and profitability of the branch. This includes driving student enrollments, leading the sales and support teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, and hiring the right talent. The Branch Head will serve as a leader, strategist, and people manager to ensure branch targets and service standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:Branch Management & Sales
- Drive branch-level revenue targets through academic sales and business development activities.
- Oversee lead generation, counseling, and enrollment processes to ensure maximum conversions.
- Monitor and track sales performance, pipeline, and KPIs for the branch team.
- Collaborate with marketing for local campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
People Leadership & Hiring
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales, academic, and support staff.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and hire suitable talent for the branch in coordination with HR.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure skill development and productivity.
- Create a positive and professional work culture focused on results and collaboration.
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch, including administration and student support.
- Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and adherence to company policies.
- Handle escalations from students/parents and provide effective resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and guidelines.
Strategic Contribution
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the region.
- Provide insights and market intelligence to senior management.
- Prepare regular performance and progress reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 4–7 years of experience in sales/branch management, preferably in education or EdTech.
- Prior experience in interviewing, hiring, and building teams is a must.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving branch/territory sales targets.
