Job Title: CorelDRAW Designer / Graphic Designer
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer / CorelDRAW Designer to join our art, craft, furniture, and manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating professional vector designs, laser-cutting files, product artwork, layouts, patterns, and production-ready designs using CorelDRAW.
The ideal candidate should have good creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of how designs are converted into physical products through laser cutting, printing, engraving, MDF, plywood, and other materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Create professional designs using CorelDRAW.
- Prepare laser-cutting and engraving files for MDF, plywood, acrylic, wood, and other materials.
- Create vector artwork, patterns, templates, layouts, and product designs.
- Modify existing designs according to production requirements.
- Convert images and sketches into clean, editable vector designs.
- Prepare accurate files with proper dimensions, curves, outlines, and cutting paths.
- Design products for art & craft, home décor, gifting, furniture, packaging, and promotional applications.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs are suitable for manufacturing.
- Make design corrections and revisions based on feedback.
- Maintain proper file organization and naming standards.
- Ensure all artwork is accurate and production-ready before sending it for manufacturing.
- Complete assigned projects within deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of CorelDRAW.
- Good knowledge of vector drawing and layout design.
- Experience preparing files for laser cutting and engraving is preferred.
- Understanding of dimensions, scaling, measurements, and production tolerances.
- Basic knowledge of MDF, plywood, acrylic, wood, and other craft materials is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator will be an added advantage.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and convert concepts into production-ready designs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience
0–3 years of relevant experience.
Freshers with strong CorelDRAW skills and a good portfolio may also apply.
Education
Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Product Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong practical skills.
