We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Telecaller to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, engaging prospective buyers and investors, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. The candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from company databases and marketing leads.
- Explain real estate projects, property features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, and preferred locations.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with prospects until conversion.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide prompt responses.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and customer experience.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead generation, and site visit targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective customers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, or Inside Sales Executive, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
