Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Admission Counsellor to support students throughout their application and enrollment journey. The role involves student counselling, admissions support, and coordinating workshops and bootcamps with colleges to drive student engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel students on training programs and career opportunities.
- Guide applicants through the admission and enrollment process.
- Follow up with prospective students and resolve queries promptly.
- Contact colleges and institutions to schedule workshops, seminars, and bootcamps.
- Coordinate outreach activities with colleges and internal teams.
- Support student engagement and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain records of student interactions, admissions, and event schedules.
- Build strong relationships with students and academic institutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or Management preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or student outreach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to connect with students and understand their career goals.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
- Experience in workshops, events, or campus outreach is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
