We are looking for a vibrant, organized, and empathetic Front Desk Customer Care Executive to be the face and voice of our brand. What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day)
As our Front Desk champion, you won't just sit behind a desk, you will curate the entire guest experience. Your day will look a bit like this:
- Be the Ultimate Host: Greet clients, candidates, and guests with a warm welcome and a genuine smile.
- The Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and route incoming calls while managing our general inquiry inbox.
- Customer Care Champion: Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, providing accurate information and resolving minor issues with grace.
- Keep Us Spinning: Manage incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.
- Vibe Check: Maintain a pristine, welcoming, and organized reception area and meeting rooms.
- Admin Support: Assist various departments with light administrative tasks, scheduling, and data entry when needed.
What We’re Looking For
We value attitude and communication skills above all else. Here is our checklist:
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in front desk operations, customer service, or hospitality (preferred, but a rockstar attitude wins over exact years).
- The Gift of Gab: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You know how to sound professional yet approachable.
- Multitasking Ninja: Ability to juggle a ringing phone, a walk-in guest, and an urgent email without breaking a sweat.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace. Experience with multi-line phone systems is a plus.
- Problem Solver: A proactive mindset. You don’t just spot a hiccup; you fix it.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
