- Design intuitive, visually compelling websites, landing pages, and interactive experiences.
- Own the process from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and developer hand-off.
- Create responsive, accessible, and consistent designs across devices and browsers.
- Build and maintain reusable components and design systems in Figma.
Improve existing experiences using user feedback, analytics, and usability insights.

- Convert Figma designs into polished, responsive web pages using HTML5 and CSS3.
- Use JavaScript to create interactions, transitions, and dynamic experiences.
- Write clean, reusable code and collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy.
Optimize web pages and visual assets for performance, accessibility, and SEO.

- Design and animate live score tickers, match graphics, scorecards, and cricket-data experiences.
Create engaging transitions and micro-interactions using After Effects, Rive, Lottie, or similar tools.

- Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, visual exploration, prototyping, content, and front-end development.
Evaluate AI-generated work critically while maintaining originality, quality, privacy, and brand consistency.

- 3–4 years of experience in web design, UI/UX design, or a related role.
- A strong portfolio featuring responsive websites, UI/UX work, and interaction or motion design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and prototyping.
- Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with practical JavaScript skills.
- A strong eye for typography, colour, hierarchy, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, browser compatibility, and web performance.
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or comparable visual design tools.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Genuine interest in cricket, sports, or fan-focused digital experiences.

- Experience with Blender, Spline, Three.js, or other 3D tools.
- Familiarity with React, Webflow, Framer, WordPress, SVG animation or Canvas.
Experience designing sports graphics, real-time data interfaces, or broadcast experiences.
