Nexora Academy is looking for a dynamic and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective students, explain our courses, and support them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about courses and career opportunities.
Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate student records and CRM/ERP data.
Coordinate the admission process and documentation.
Work closely with the academic and administrative teams.
Requirements:
Plus Two or Bachelor's degree.
0-1 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, sales, or customer relationship management.
Excellent communication skill.
Strong counseling, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
