Job Description – Social Media Manager
Role Overview
Coding Blocks is seeking a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to lead and manage the brand’s online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in content strategy, audience engagement, campaign execution, and analytics with a deep understanding of current digital trends.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies aligned with brand goals
- Create and maintain monthly content calendars for all social media platforms
- Plan campaigns, launches, and engagement activities to improve brand visibility
Content Management
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and content teams for content creation
- Ensure timely publishing of high-quality posts, reels, stories, and promotional content
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and social media copies tailored to different audiences
Community Engagement
- Manage audience interactions across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, and Facebook
- Respond to comments, messages, and queries professionally and promptly
- Build and maintain strong online community engagement
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
- Analyze engagement, reach, impressions, and audience growth
- Suggest improvements based on performance insights and industry trends
Trend Research & Brand Growth
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and digital marketing practices
- Identify opportunities for viral content, collaborations, and brand partnerships
- Research competitor strategies and recommend innovative ideas
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, and Facebook platforms
- Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of content strategy, branding, and audience psychology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Journalism, or related field
- Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy
- Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
