HR – Marketing
- Identify, develop, and manage lead generation channels to support business growth.
- Generate, organize, and maintain lead data from various online and offline sources to support business development activities.
- Generate and qualify potential business leads through various sourcing methods.
- Promote the company's software and hardware project development services to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
HR – Recruitment
- Handle the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Oversee joining formalities, employee induction, and documentation.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, HR Executive, Admin Executive, or in a similar role.
- Possess a positive attitude along with strong presentation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
