About the Role
We are seeking a warm, energetic, and nurturing Home Room Teacher for our Pre-Primary section. The ideal candidate should create a safe, engaging, and joyful learning environment that supports the overall development of young learners through interactive and activity-based teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities for Pre-Primary students.
Create a positive and child-friendly classroom environment.
Support children’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development.
Use creative teaching methodologies including storytelling, rhymes, games, and hands-on activities.
Maintain student records, observations, and assessment reports.
Ensure classroom safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
Collaborate with co-teachers and academic coordinators for curriculum planning.
Participate actively in school events, celebrations, and training programs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Montessori, or Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) preferred.
Prior experience in Pre-Primary teaching is an added advantage.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
