SEO Skyers is looking for a passionate, performance-driven and growth-focused SEO professional who understands modern Organic SEO and Local SEO strategies.
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive / Organic & Local SEO Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in improving organic search visibility, rankings, traffic, and local search presence.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Keyword Research, Content Writing, Google Business Profile, and Local SEO, along with experience using AI tools and smart workflows to improve productivity, content quality, and execution speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective Organic SEO and Local SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to improve search rankings.
- Create and optimize SEO-friendly website pages, service pages, landing pages, and blog content.
- Write high-quality, engaging, and search-optimized content aligned with user intent and business goals.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and other on-page elements.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (GBP) and improve local search visibility.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify SEO growth opportunities.
- Build and manage high-quality backlinks, forum submissions, guest posting
- Perform technical SEO audits and identify issues related to crawlability, indexing, site structure, page speed, and mobile optimization.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Google Business Profile, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar SEO platforms.
- Identify and resolve SEO issues affecting organic performance.
- Track Google algorithm updates and industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Content Writing & Content Optimization
- Write and optimize website pages, service pages, category pages, location pages, and blog posts.
- Create content briefs, outlines, and SEO content strategies.
- Ensure content is optimized for target keywords, search intent, readability, and conversions.
- Update and improve existing website content to enhance rankings and user engagement.
AI Experience
- Familiarity with AI tools such as:
- OpenAI ChatGPT
- Claude
- Google Gemini
- Perplexity
- AI-powered SEO tools and workflows
- Experience using AI for SEO research, content optimization, analysis, ideation, and execution.
- Ability to combine SEO knowledge with AI tools rather than relying on AI-generated output without human review.
