Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and client-focused professional to lead the sales function, drive business growth, and manage key client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for team leadership, business development, revenue generation, high-value deal closures, operational coordination, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining strong internal and external communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct cold calling, outbound sales activities, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Identify potential clients and develop strategies to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and commercial offers with clients.
- Ensure timely quotation follow-ups and negotiations to maximize conversions.
- Close high-value deals and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings and client visits for business development and relationship management.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client retention.
- Manage key accounts and act as the primary point of contact for major clients.
Team Management & Leadership:
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor team performance through regular reviews, KPI tracking, and performance evaluations.
- Provide training, mentoring, and support to team members for continuous improvement.
- Ensure discipline, productivity, and adherence to company policies within the team.
Operations Coordination & Client Servicing:
- Coordinate effectively between sales and operations teams for smooth execution of projects/services.
- Ensure timely delivery of commitments made to clients.
- Handle client escalations and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Reporting & Administrative Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, MIS reports, and business updates for management.
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM entries, sales pipelines, and customer interaction records.
- Track sales performance, lead status, conversion ratios, and revenue forecasts.
- Ensure proper documentation of proposals, contracts, and client communications.
Payment & Commercial Follow-Up:
- Follow up with clients for pending payments and ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate with internal accounts/finance teams regarding invoicing and payment status.
Additional Important Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in strategic planning for business expansion and revenue growth.
- Maintain healthy sales pipeline forecasting and business projections.
- Ensure compliance with company pricing, approval, and commercial policies.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, events, networking meets, and industry conferences whenever required.
- Maintain professionalism and brand image during all client interactions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or key account management preferred.
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
