We are looking for dynamic and fluent English-speaking Telecallers to handle outbound/inbound calls with US-based customers. The role involves customer interaction, lead generation, sales support, and delivering excellent customer service during US shift hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US customers for sales, lead generation, or follow-ups
- Handle inbound customer queries professionally
- Explain products/services clearly and confidently
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets
- Handle objections and close deals effectively
- Update customer details in CRM tools
- Ensure high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) and maintain optimal AHT (Average Handling Time)
- Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken English with neutral accent
- Strong communication & listening skills
- Basic sales and convincing ability
- Ability to handle US customers and accents
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to work in night/US shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
