Hiring: Business Development Executive (Real Estate Sales)
Are you passionate about sales, luxury real estate, and high-income growth opportunities? We are looking for ambitious and energetic professionals who can confidently deal with HNI clients and close high-value real estate deals.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate and manage qualified leads through calls, references, and digital platforms
- Build strong relationships with HNI investors and buyers
- Explain premium real estate projects and investment opportunities
- Schedule and conduct client meetings & site visits
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into successful sales
- Maintain CRM records and daily sales activity reports
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication & convincing skills
- Strong sales mindset with target-driven attitude
- Experience in real estate, banking, insurance, luxury sales, hospitality, automobile, or high-ticket sales preferred
- Presentable, confident, and professional personality
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills can also apply
