We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide executive and administrative support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and the capability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
- Handle calls, emails, and official correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Draft letters, emails, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and business associates professionally.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting schedules whenever required.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and important documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and business events.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Assist in office administration and support management in day-to-day operations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Director.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
