Organisational Change Management Specialist – o To guide and support business stakeholders through organizational changes (i.e., solution implementation/changes, process implementation/changes) to maximize, adoption to achieve the intended business benefits. o Must have 4-6 years as an organizational change management specialist or similar in an IT, Pharma or Lab Sciences environment o Regulatory awareness (e.g., GxP, CSV, data protection). o Experienced SME in Change Management, Communication and Training o Extensive experience conducting change impact analysis o Ability to pro-actively identify points of resistance and develop intervention plans to reduce disruption o Extensive experience with various communication tools (i.e., SharePoint, Teams, Newsletters, etc.) o Capabilities in developing communication and stakeholder engagement plans o Hands-on experience with various tools for communication and training material creation (i.e., Articulate, Degreed, Vyond, ClipChamp etc.) o Hands-on experience developing tailored training concepts and curriculums o Extensive experience creating communication material (i.e., Presentations, Newsletters, Videos, etc.) for various stakeholder groups (i.e., Management, Key Users, End Users, etc.) o Extensive knowledge of the Business process on the business area of focus o Capabilities to conduct business process workshops o Extensive experience in Business process definition, mapping and documentation o Fluent command of spoken and written English
