Role: Executive – Client Service

Job Purpose:
To serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to defined standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the overall client experience.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to address queries and provide support.
- Maintain accurate documentation and secure records from clients.
- Conduct employment verifications via calls or online channels as per client requirements.
- Generate and maintain reports based on verification data, ensuring strict confidentiality of candidate and client information.
- Coordinate with HR, Directors, and other officials for verification processes.
- Handle client queries and manage escalations effectively.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards and targets.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Graduation/Post Graduation)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
