Requirements

3.5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

Strong expertise with ServiceNow CSM module with Devops.

Experience in ServiceNow APIs, scripting, REST/SOAP integrations.

Preferably holding ServiceNow CSA, CSM related certification.

Proficiency in working with Service Portals, UI Policies, Business Rules and/or client scripts as per customization need.

ITIL knowledge around Incident/Case or Change/Problem management.
