JOB DESCRIPTION – SENIOR EXECUTIVE F&A
1 Accounting Activities and Transactions: Responsible for day-to-day
accounting activities, tracking bills for expenses and revenue, and
preparing and maintaining General Ledgers, Journal Entries, adjustment
entries, provisional entries, and month-end closure entries for both petty
cash and cash transactions in Tally, along with daily back-up of the Tally.
2 Cash Management: Maintains cash balance (petty cash), verifies bills,
authorized signatures, and ensures verification with the F&A Manager
before updating in Tally daily. Handles deposits of cash/cheques/DDs.
3 Financial Reporting and Monitoring: Preparing financial and accounting
reports for monthly and yearly reviews, and monitoring accounts
receivable and accounts payable.
4 Salary Processing: Posting department-wise salary journal entries in Tally
and processing salary payments for all staff categories as per HR
statements.
5 Bank Transactions: Process and validate bank payments and entries,
update the software about all bank payments and receipts and monitor
and maintain a list of standard/routine payments with due dates.
6 Reconciliation and Verification: Download and reconcile payment
gateway reports (Razorpay, BharatPe) with Tally entries. Verify and
process any bank card-swiping transactions in Tally. Handle credit card
payments in UPI transactions.
7 Utility and Service Payments: Verify and process monthly utility bills
(Electricity, Water, Telephone) and diagnostic reports payments.
8 Preparing cheques, Bank Payment & Cash payment vouchers, NIFT forms,
and posting in Tally day-to-day accounting activities.
9 Verify the Patient bills and collections for patient consultations, surgeries,
diagnostic services, pharmacy sales and also for services provided,
payment collections, cash, Wallet, Credit card, Insurance claims, Bank
transactions and update in Tally on day-to-day activities.
10.Maintaining accurate records of all billing, and expense transactions in
Tally and generating Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable
statements on a weekly basis, submitting to Manager -A&F for corrections
and updates
11.Bank Reconciliation statement every month, Vendor Reconciliation and
Insurance Reconciliation on a weekly basis.
12.Following up on outstanding patient accounts and insurance
reimbursements.
13.Tracking Revenues and expenses for Individual Departments: such as
OPD, IPD, Diagnostics, surgery, Pharmacy
