Job Description
Oranzai Builders is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and supervise interior and construction site activities in Kottayam. The candidate should be capable of handling site operations, coordinating workers and subcontractors, and ensuring project completion as per quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure work is completed according to project plans and timelines.
- Monitor site quality, safety, and material usage.
- Maintain daily site reports and work progress updates.
- Handle manpower allocation and site discipline.
- Ensure proper execution of interior and construction works.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in interior and construction site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of site execution and project coordination.
- Ability to manage workers and subcontractors effectively.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of drawings and site measurements.
- Diploma/ITI/Civil-related qualification preferred.
