Job Summary
Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign strategy, team management, reporting, and performance optimization. Candidates must be comfortable using AI tools in their daily work and stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Performance Marketing team and ensure campaign goals are achieved.
- Develop and execute high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.
- Monitor KPIs, ROAS, CPA, CPL, and overall campaign performance.
- Create growth strategies and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and present insights to management and clients.
- Manage budgets and allocate spending effectively across campaigns.
- Mentor team members and drive performance improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing, AI trends, and automation technologies.
- Utilize AI tools for campaign optimization, reporting, content generation, audience research, and productivity enhancement.
