We are hiring PGT Teachers in:
Maths | Physics | Chemistry | Biochemistry | English | CS - IT
Eligibility (Quick Check)
- Master’s degree in the relevant subject
(B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA acceptable where applicable)
- 1–2 years teaching experience
- Strong communication in English
- Ability to create PPTs, Notes, Worksheets, and Question Banks
- Confident teaching in an online classroom environment
Preferred (Mandatory):
- Maths/Physics → Cambridge AS/A-Level + Mechanics & Statistics
- Biology & Chemistry → Biochemistry background
- Computer Science → Master’s / B.Tech preferred,
Role Summary
- Deliver structured live online classes
- Teaching window: 5 PM – 11 PM
- Minimum 3 sessions/day on booked days
- Prepare digital content (notes, PPTs, worksheets)
- Review assignments & provide feedback
- Maintain professional communication
- Flexible rescheduling allowed within the week
- 100% remote, no office visits required
Technical Requirements
You must have:
- Uninterrupted fiber internet – 100 Mbps minimum
- UPS / Inverter backup (to avoid class disruptions)
- Pen tab + stylus OR tablet/iPad with stylus
- Webcam (HD preferred)
- Clear microphone + headphones
- Laptop/PC
- Tool familiarity:
Zoom / Google Meet / PowerPoint / Google Slides / Word / Google Docs / PDF annotators / Screen annotation tools / Online whiteboards
Demo Class
A 30-minute demo class is mandatory for final selection.
Compensation & Earnings ModelDaily Pay Model
- ₹1,000 – ₹1,500 per teaching day
- Rate varies by subject + experience + performance
How Earnings Work
- You are paid per booked teaching day
- Monthly earnings = Booked Days × Daily Rate
- Full-time equivalent (₹30k–₹45k) applies only if 30 working days.
First 3–4 Months (Trial + Stability Phase)
- Start with 1–2 days/week
- Gradually increase to 3–5 days/week
- Later 5–6 days/week based on consistency & performance
Monthly Bonus (Extra Allowances)
If available 20+ days/month, you receive additional allowances for:
- Internet
- Phone bills
- General performance
