Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the role of International Voice Process Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling international sales calls, generating leads, explaining services/products, and building strong customer relationships. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound international sales calls
- Communicate with customers professionally and confidently
- Explain products and services to potential clients
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer and call records
- Follow up with customers and resolve basic queries
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and verbal communication skills in English
- Fluency in at least one regional language: Tamil, Hindi, or Malayalam
- Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good listening and customer-handling abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Experience in Sales, Voice Process, BPO, Telecalling, or Finance sector is an added advantage
- Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred
