Job Description:
Join us as an Associate End to End Flow Controller and play a key role in optimizing our supply chain. You'll monitor the flow of materials and information, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with teams to ensure seamless operations from supplier to customer.
What will you do?

Monitor supply chain activities across upstream and downstream processes to identify inefficiencies and drive corrective actions

Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely material flow and minimize lead times

Analyze performance metrics and inventory data to support planning and enhance supply chain effectiveness

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align activities and resolve operational issues
What are the key skills we are looking for?

Material Management Tool — intermediate level; tracking and managing material flow across the supply chain

Supplier Portal Tool — intermediate level; coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues

Problem Solving — intermediate level; identifying bottlenecks and implementing practical solutions to keep operations running

Inventory Management — developing level; monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory optimization strategies

Inventory Planning — developing level; assisting in planning activities to balance supply and demand

End-to-End Control Tower — developing level; overseeing supply chain visibility and coordinating cross-functional responses

Sales Inventory and Operations Planning — developing level; supporting alignment between sales forecasts and inventory plans

Short Interval Management — developing level; using real-time data to manage daily operational performance
