Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager / Business Development Manager with experience in selling SaaS-based EdTech solutions to schools. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential schools, conducting product demonstrations, building relationships with decision-makers, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with schools, school groups, and educational institutions
- Generate leads through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Conduct online/offline product demonstrations for school management
- Understand school requirements and present suitable technology solutions
- Build strong relationships with principals, directors, and school administrators
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain updates in CRM tools
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills:
- Experience in B2B SaaS or EdTech sales
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Understanding of school operations and ERP systems
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

Candidates with experience selling:
- School ERP
- Admission CRM
- Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Student Information Systems
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- 2–6 years of experience in EdTech / SaaS sales
