Position: Technician – Mobile & Laptop Service
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mobile phones and laptops.
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Replace and repair components such as displays, batteries, charging ports, keyboards, and motherboards.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and software.
- Maintain service records and repair documentation.
- Ensure quality standards and timely completion of repairs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in mobile and laptop servicing.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues independently.
- Familiarity with various mobile brands and laptop models.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Pay: ₹9,343.70 - ₹27,886.15 per month
