Future Finserv is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, and assisting them in identifying suitable loan solutions.
The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through calls, referrals, field visits, networking, and other sales activities.
- Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan products and solutions.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with customers for the collection of required documents and completion of the loan application process.
- Work closely with the internal team and lending partners to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, applications, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, referral partners, and other business sources.
- Stay updated on available loan products, eligibility criteria, and market opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, banking, financial services, loans, insurance, or related fields will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build customer relationships and handle follow-ups effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in meeting new people.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/customer data management is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
