About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across multiple construction sites. This role requires strong expertise in statutory compliance, industrial relations, and people management in a field-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Statutory Compliance & Industrial Relations
- Ensure end-to-end compliance with Indian Labour Laws including Contract Labour Act, PF, ESI, and other applicable statutes across all project sites. Handle audits, inspections, filings, and liaison with authorities.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead recruitment strategies for engineers, site staff, and large-scale blue-collar hiring. Coordinate manpower planning with project and operations teams.
Industrial Relations & Grievance Management
- Act as the primary HR contact for labour relations. Handle disputes, negotiations, disciplinary actions, and grievance redressal to maintain a stable work environment.
HR Operations & Payroll Oversight
- Oversee HR administration, attendance validation from sites, payroll coordination, and complete employee lifecycle management.
HR Strategy & Site Engagement
- Bridge HR policies with on-ground realities. Regularly visit sites to strengthen engagement, compliance, and performance.
Qualifications
- MBA, MHRM or PGDM in HR preferred
- More than 5 years of core HR experience, preferably in Construction, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing
- Strong practical knowledge of statutory compliance and labour laws
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam and Hindi

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
