Job Purpose
The Food & Beverage Associate is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences by delivering prompt, courteous, and personalized service to members and guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, hygiene, and service excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service
- Welcome members and guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide recommendations on food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages as per the club's service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving concerns.
Restaurant Operations
- Prepare tables before service and ensure proper table setup.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
- Assist in buffet setup, banquet functions, and special events.
Billing & Cash Handling
- Prepare guest bills accurately through the POS system.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Handle cash and card transactions as per company procedures.
Hygiene & Safety
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food and beverages.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and stewarding teams.
- Support colleagues during peak hours and club events.
- Participate in departmental training and service briefings.
Qualifications
- Intermediate or Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service, preferably in hotels, clubs, resorts, or fine dining restaurants.
Skills Required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Basic knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and menu items.
- POS billing system knowledge.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Teamwork and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
