Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer (Backend-Oriented) with 2–4 years of experience in backend application development. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing robust backend services, secure APIs, database architecture, authentication systems, and core business logic.
This role requires strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and modern backend development practices to build secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Build secure authentication and authorization systems for web applications.
- Design and optimize relational database structures and business logic.
- Develop and maintain integration services with internal and third-party platforms.
- Integrate AI-powered services and intelligent automation features where required.
- Build notification services for email, SMS, push notifications, and system alerts.
- Improve backend performance, scalability, and application reliability.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product teams, and UI/UX designers to deliver complete solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable technical improvements.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.
