Role Overview:
Lead in Viral Clearance
Responsibility/Deliverables
Lead in viral clearance is responsible adhere company’s safety policy, principles of GLP and maintain other task within the lab department
Key Responsibilities:
Report to the TFM
Ensure that GLP guidelines are followed
Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are established and followed.
Approve suppliers and qualify vendors
Plan, organize and manage time independently to accomplish multiple coinciding tasks
Ensure validation and transfer of Viral assays.
Handle sensitive and proprietary information with discretion and confidentiality
Ensure that company’s safety policy is followed
Act independently on routine assignments or on projects with a team
Key Competencies:
Knowledge of Downstream purification and GLP guidelines (including ICH Q5A and OECD Guidance etc.).
Must have strong leadership and team building skills
Ability to meet deadlines and client obligations.
Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant experience should include a minimum of 2+ years of related work experience in Viral Clearance/ Virology.
Qualification:
- Masters or PhD in a Life Sciences discipline or other relevant area.
